Tantalex Resources just announced the signing of Bernard Lapointe as Chief Operating Officer applauding his valuable experience and his outstanding performance history at the practical level in the company.

Tantalex is about to commence operations and resources evaluation on its multiple incentives. Mr. Lapointe's depth of experience is essential for the performance of the scheme.

Bernard Lapointe obtained a PhD in Geology from University of Chicoutimi and has 30 years of expertise in the industry. He has worked with and helped develop young mining firms while working with the Ministry of Natural Resources.

In 1997, he founded Arianne Resources, (rename Arianne Phosphate) and is greatly respected by the investment industry. Following retirement from Arianne in 2013, Mr. Lapointe is a business director of Tantalex Resources.

During the reassembly of the management team toward a functional framework, Jean-Robert Pronovost will vacate his role as CFO immediately. Mr Daniel Gilbert, CPA, currently Vice President of Finance at Tantalex, will act for the time being till a replacement is nominated. Mr. Pronovost will remain as a director of the Firm.

Executive and philanthropist, Stephen Dattels, recently gave a large monetary donation to the Western University Mining Law and Finance program to enable students to graduate prepared to work and enthusiastically participate in one of Canada's most important financial channels.

As a lifetime campaigner of the progression of mining legislation, this is not the first time that he has backed this leading university; this specific donation supplements preceding contributions to Western Law that have helped the university's January term course in mining law and finance along with the eponymous Chair in Corporate Finance Law. When questioned about the generous contribution, W. Iain Scott, Dean of Western Law mentioned that the funds would grow the school's competence in the essential field of mining law and support potential mining law pioneers.

As a prominent mining entrepreneur himself, Steve Dattels has played a significant part in various mining organizations over his career. He helped direct Barrick Gold Corporation throughout its foundational period and has served in C-level and director capacities in various other effective worldwide mining companies.

At present, he works as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of several successful firms. During his professional tenure, he has committed his skills and resources to advancing mining legislation, both at Western University as well as within the Canadian community
